Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by RHYME (“Company”), including the Wiggly application and related services.


2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, users represent that they meet this requirement.



3. User Accounts
 
​Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities under their account.


4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
 
Users may create or share content such as usernames, avatars, messages, reactions, and in-app interactions. Users are solely responsible for all content they generate.


5. Zero Tolerance Policy
 
The Company enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy toward objectionable content, including but not limited to:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

  • Sexually explicit or violent content

  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior

  • Content involving minors

  • Illegal activities

The Company may remove such content immediately and suspend or terminate the user account without prior notice.



6. Reporting & Blocking
 
Users may:

  • Report objectionable content or users

  • Block other users

Blocked users’ content will no longer be visible immediately.
Reported content will be reviewed by the Company.




7. Moderation & Enforcement
 
The Company will review reported content and take appropriate action within 24 hours, which may include:

  • Content removal

  • Account suspension or termination




8. License to User Content

Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process user-generated content solely for operating and improving the Service.



9. Service Availability

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.



10. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.



11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”.
The Company is not responsible for disputes between users.



 
12. Limitation of Liability
 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.



13. Designation of the Company's Privacy Officer
 

  1. In order to protect the personal information of users and to handle complaints related to personal information, the company has designated relevant departments and personal information protection officers as follows.

  2. The company operates a department dedicated to personal information protection to protect personal information, and we are doing our best to check the implementation of the personal information processing policy and compliance with the person in charge to resolve and correct problems immediately.



Supplementary Provisions
 
These terms will take effect from December 19, 2025.
