1. 수집하는 정보

Orbiko(이하 "앱")의 개발자는 이름, 이메일, 위치 등 어떠한 개인정보도 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 앱에는 분석 도구가 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 광고 표시를 위한 Google AdMob 광고 SDK가 포함되어 있으며, 이에 대한 내용은 아래 3항을 참고하세요.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

앱은 게임 진행에 필요한 아래 정보를 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장합니다. 이 정보는 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

앱을 삭제하면 위 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 광고 (Google AdMob)

앱은 무료로 제공되며 게임이 끝났을 때 전면 광고와, 사용자가 선택할 때만 재생되는 보상형 광고("광고 보고 이어하기")를 표시합니다. 광고는 Google LLC의 AdMob이 제공하며, 광고를 요청하고 표시하는 과정에서 Google이 다음 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

• 기기 정보(모델, OS 버전, 언어, 화면 크기), IP 주소에 기반한 대략적인 위치
• 광고 식별자(IDFA): iOS의 "앱 추적 허용" 창에서 사용자가 허용한 경우에만 사용됩니다. 허용하지 않으면 맞춤 광고 없이 일반 광고가 표시되며, 게임 이용에는 아무 차이가 없습니다.
• 광고 노출·클릭·시청 완료 여부 등 광고 성과 정보

이 정보의 처리 주체는 Google이며 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google 광고 안내가 적용됩니다. 개발자는 개인을 식별할 수 있는 형태의 광고 데이터를 받지 않으며, AdMob 대시보드에서 집계된 통계만 확인합니다. 유럽 경제 지역 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고 표시 전에 동의 창이 표시됩니다. iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 추적 허용을 철회할 수 있습니다.

4. Game Center

순위표 기능은 Apple의 Game Center를 사용하며, 사용자가 로그인을 선택한 경우에만 동작합니다. 이때 앱은 게임 점수를 Game Center에 제출하고, Apple로부터 사용자의 Game Center 닉네임을 받아 화면에 표시합니다. 이 과정의 데이터 처리는 Apple이 담당하며 Apple 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. 개발자는 Game Center 계정 정보에 접근하거나 이를 저장하지 않습니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

개발자가 수집·보관하는 개인정보가 없으므로 개발자가 제3자에게 제공하는 개인정보도 없습니다. 광고와 Game Center에 관련된 데이터 처리는 각각 Google과 Apple이 자체 방침에 따라 수행합니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 모든 연령이 이용할 수 있으며, 개발자는 아동을 포함한 어떤 사용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱은 특정 연령대를 겨냥해 만들어지지 않았습니다.

7. 방침의 변경

앱에 새로운 기능(예: 분석 도구, 인앱 결제)이 추가되어 처리 방식이 달라지는 경우 이 페이지를 갱신하고 수정일을 표시합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 안내에 함께 적습니다.

Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

The developer of Orbiko ("the app") does not collect or store any personal information such as names, email addresses, or location. The app contains no analytics SDK. It does include the Google AdMob advertising SDK, described in section 3.

2. Information stored on your device

The app keeps the following on your device only. It is never transmitted to the developer or to third parties.

• Best score and the on-device top-10 list (score, highest body reached, date)
• Control mode, drag sensitivity, and sound preferences
• Whether the tutorial has been completed

Deleting the app deletes this data.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app is free and shows interstitial ads after a round ends, plus optional rewarded ads that only play when you tap "Watch an ad to continue". Ads are served by Google LLC (AdMob). To request and display ads, Google may collect and process device information (model, OS version, language, screen size), approximate location derived from your IP address, ad performance events (impressions, clicks, completed views), and, only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt, the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, you still get the same game with non-personalized ads. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information. The developer receives only aggregated statistics, never data that identifies you. Where consent is legally required (e.g. the EEA), a consent form is shown before ads load. You can withdraw tracking permission any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Game Center

Leaderboards use Apple's Game Center and only work if you choose to sign in. The app submits your score to Game Center and displays the Game Center nickname Apple returns. Apple processes this data under the Apple Privacy Policy. The developer does not access or store Game Center account information.

5. Sharing

The developer holds no personal data and therefore shares none. Ad-related and Game Center-related processing is carried out by Google and Apple respectively under their own policies.

6. Children

The app is suitable for all ages, is not directed at children specifically, and the developer collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes

If future features (such as analytics or in-app purchases) change how data is handled, this page will be updated with a new date.
